Super Bowl

Ahh, the super bowl. The best day in all of sports (the draft of course being a close second). I love the super bowl. It's the two top teams in the nfl going head to head in the battle for the coveted lombardi trophy. Sounds great, right? Wrong. It used to be a great day for me, but unfortuneatly, i will be stuck at carbones pizzaria for the second year in a row. Super Bowl Sunday is a huge day at carbones, some say that it's the hardest day to work. Tony calls in the carbones all-star team, consisting of Mark Bemish, Chad Frobel and Dallas Champagne. It's been a rough year for the team, as we have lost a huge piece of the team when Sal Auguliaro left carbones. Last year, I got out around 7:30, so i got to see alot of the game. Unfortunaly, this year i will be there until at least 9. It's not really that bad i guess, Tony has the game on in the back so we can watch it. The part that sucks is the rush. We get slammed with sheet zza after sheet zza. This goes on from about 4 o'clock until the game starts. It's awful. Seriously, it's bad. If you're gonna order pizza, don't make it some crazy order. Keep in mind it's like 1000 degrees in there when the fans are off (which i'm sure they will be). Last year, i can honestly say we made over 100 sheet pizzas alone. Lets not forget about larges and mediums. Luckly, the all star team takes control. Mark is a champion at everything he does, that includes ovens, so he watches those. Chad has been there since i was in like fourth grade, so he's the play caller. He tells us what to do pretty much. Dallas is just Dallas and is there to make us laugh and that encourages us to work. He can dress a pizza really fast too. So that's my super bowl sunday. Sucks, Right?
